Meet Ralph Campbell

Ralph Campbell, is a Corporate Performance Expert, he has been in the field of personal development for 25 years and has held key corporate leadership positions in the insurance and finance industries.  Ralph has completed extensive research in the field of performance expertise, building and sustaining high impact teams through his work at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business executive program, and deep practice applied in the workplace and career space. Ralph earned his B.A. in Marketing at Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA and is a graduate of Leadership Florida.

 

 




Meet Francis Jay Caputo

Jay is the Co-Founder and E.D. of 4D Associates International serving thousands of clients, students and partners with personal and professional leadership development curriculums throughout North & South America, Europe and Asia since 1998. He is also a Certified Radical Honesty® Trainer & Coach – trained by Dr. Brad Blanton, expert in Gestalt Therapy and best selling author of Radical Honesty®. Jay holds a Masters of Science Degree in Conflict Analysis & Resolution from George Mason University and is a former Certified District Court Mediator in the Washington D.C. region. Jay serves on the Board of Directors for Education Rocks, an international non-profit organization committed to ending global poverty through education and leadership development.




Meet Erin Dahlgren

Erin is a singer, storyteller, Certified Master Teaching Artist, Public Speaking coach, Certified Breath Guide and founder of Engage Breathwork.

Erin was introduced to the concept of breathwork at age 13, when she began her training as a classical vocalist. After a decade long career on the stage and travelling worldwide, Erin moved to South Florida where she lives together with her husband and two daughters. It was here that she discovered her love of teaching, and sharing her passion for theater, voice, communication and arts integration in education.

Discovering breathwork at Hale Studio in Stockholm, Sweden was a life- changing experience, and Erin immediately recognized the benefits of this incredibly powerful tool that we all have unlimited access to. What began as an exploration of her own breath quickly turned into a passion that she would become invested in sharing with those around her.

Erin loves thunderstorms, sunsets, connecting with nature and genuine people.

Dr. Hickerson is a pioneer in mindset and mental fitness training worldwide. He is an expert in implementing emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and resiliency training for individuals, organizations, and teams. Seth created an emotional intelligence training system that can be easily integrated into organizations to enhance leadership skills and improve performance for people who work in high-stress environments.

Meet Dr Greg Salters

Dr. Gregory A. Salters retired from the Ft. Lauderdale Police Department. He served for over 28 years in various capacities; concluding his career as an Assistant Police Chief/Chief’s Executive Officer. He is the Founder/Managing Partner of The S.A.L.T. Mine Success and Leadership Training Institute LLC. He is also the Director of Campus Operations and Safety at Florida Memorial University.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University; his master’s degree in Public Administration from Florida Atlantic University and his Doctorate degree in Adult Education/Human Resource Development from Florida International University. His dissertation explored the impact of racial profiling on Black males seeking jobs in law enforcement and committing to law enforcement careers. Dr. Salters is a certified John C. Maxwell speaker, coach, and trainer.
Dr. Salters’ training has included the following: The Center for Advanced Criminal Justice Studies, Executive Leadership Program; the Police Executive Research Forum’s (PERF)- The Senior Management Institute for Police (SMIP), Session 34; and the FBI National Academy (Session 240).

Dr. Salters facilitated courses for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s (FDLE) Florida Leadership Academy. These courses include but are not limited to Ethics, Performance Management, Leadership and Supervision, and the Persuasive Leader. He also facilitated leadership training for the YMCA of South Florida. He has also served as an adjunct professor at the Broward County Institute for Public Safety, Florida International University, and Miami Dade College School of Justice. Dr. Salters has also facilitated FDLE’s Minority Recruitment and Retention Forum, National Association for the Advancement of Colored People’s School to Prison Pipeline at Florida Atlantic University, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Race and Law Enforcement course at the Miami Field Office. Dr. Salters also prepares individuals for employment and promotional processes.




Meet Vernicca Wynter

Vernicca Wynter is an esteemed Leadership Mental Health & Wellness Speaker and Certified Social-Emotional Intelligence Coach with an academic background that is as impressive as her professional experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies and Psychology from the University of Miami, further fortifying her educational expertise with a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. With over 15 years of serving as an educational leader, including a pivotal role as Principal in one of the United States’ largest school districts, Vernicca commands a unique confluence of skills and insights. In addition to her educational pursuits, she is a resourceful entrepreneur and small business owner specializing in visual communications across a myriad of industries. This multidisciplinary focus offers her a panoramic view of leadership, communication, and wellness, especially in high-pressure environments

Vernicca’s passion for emotional wellness has deep, personal roots. Growing up with a parent affected by mental illness, she came to recognize the crucial role emotional health plays in personal and professional well-being. Over the years, she not only confronted the pervasive stigma attached to mental illness but also embarked on a personal journey toward emotional self-awareness and healing. Her transformative experience led her to incorporate mindfulness into her life, both personally and professionally. As a wife and mother of two, Vernicca adeptly employs mindfulness techniques to maintain emotional balance and a harmonious work-life equilibrium. Within professional settings, she leverages her skills to foster work environments built on the bedrock of healthy communication and enriching interpersonal relationships.

 




Meet Andrew Zullo

Andrew Zullo is the Chief Executive Officer of coCelerate, a mission-driven organization focused on developing leadership skills and mindset in professionals and students.

Andrew previously served as a community leader, including President of the Greater Hollywood (Florida) Chamber of Commerce, President of the Hollywood Beach Civic Association, Chair of Leadership Hollywood for 6 years, and an officer on the boards of the Hollywood Planning and Zoning Commission, Affordable Housing Advisory Board, and Community and Economic Development Advisory Board. He also organized and produced three TEDx speaker events with over 1.3 million online views. These talks delved into issues that impact the South Florida community. Andrew helped found SPARK Hollywood, an organization dedicated to supporting entrepreneurship and tech development in South Florida by bringing together investors, business mentors, and entrepreneurs. He has also served as a judge for the Silver Knight Awards for the past 5 years in the Business Category.

Meet Dan Cahill

Dan Cahill, Founder and Senior Consultant at Roaring Communications LLC. Dan’s passion for politics took him from a candidate for office in Massachusetts to serving as a legislative aide on Beacon Hill in Boston, and eventually to a role as a political consultant to a successful gubernatorial campaign. With his roots in politics, Dan learned early how to manage an active communications campaign.

As a veteran communications executive, Dan now puts his media savvy to work for some of the country’s top law firms and blue-chip technology companies, as well as dozens of venture-backed technology companies. He consistently creates and executes campaigns that deliver results.
At the outset of his PR career, Dan worked for one of the world’s largest public relations firms, BSMG Worldwide (which later merged with Weber Shandwick), holding senior management positions in their San Francisco, New York, and Los Angeles offices.
As Senior Managing Director of the San Francisco office, Dan served as the lead public relations strategist and creative director for BSMG’s 20+ technology and professional services clients in Northern California.  While there, he managed a group of more than 25 public relations professionals – and grew local firm revenues more than 300 percent.

From one of the world’s largest PR firms, Dan joined Greentarget, a highly regarded boutique PR firm. There, Dan developed and implemented comprehensive PR programs for top global law firms, as well as venture-backed technology companies.  His extensive crisis, legal and financial communications experience, including M&A, IPO, restructuring and litigation support, served as a deep resource for the Greentarget team.

As co-founder and senior consultant at Roaring Communications LLC, Dan again serves as the lead strategist for the firm’s technology and law firm clients.
