Jay Caputo is a Certified Master Coach with more than 20 years of experience in professional and leadership training and coaching. Ralph Campbell is a Certified Master Coach with more than 25 years in leadership and performance-based consulting, as well as diversity awareness training and youth mentoring. He helped found and lead three different successful leadership and performance training companies.
Ralph is passionate in his belief that all individuals have the capacity to be leaders in both their careers and personal lives – and he has dedicated himself to extensive research and training in the field of performance enhancement and building high-impact teams.

Elizabeth Ely Caputo, CMCCertified Master Coach
Elizabeth (Ely) Caputo is the Co-founder and CEO of 4D Associates International, a CCA Certified Master Coach, Certified Radical Honesty Trainer and Coach and Certified Experiential Learning Facilitator. She has 14 years of experience as a Transformative Leadership Trainer throughout Latin America, the United States and Europe. Ely holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Panama (her home country) where she also served as the Administrative Assistant to the University President. After moving to the United States, she became a US citizen and was the Director of Finance and Management for the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce.
Ely has extensive experience working with a broad range of professionals from within both the public and private sectors, particularly with small business entrepreneurs. Dan Cahill is a marketing and communications consultant with more than 20 years of experience operating campaigns for the world’s top law firms and technology companies – as well as dozens of venture-backed technology companies.
Dan began his career in politics, serving as a consultant for a successful gubernatorial campaign – and then as a legislative aide on Beacon Hill in Boston. His passion for political campaigns translated into a career in public relations and marketing.
He began his communications career working for one of the world’s largest public relations firms, BSMG Worldwide, serving on the firm’s crisis and financial communications team in New York City. As a recognized disability expert with a three-plus-decade track record of shaping public policy, serving as a subject matter expert for the ADA, and contributing his expertise—under Presidential and Gubernatorial appointments—to diverse community-based organizations, JR truly possesses a unique depth of experience in advocating for the disabled community.
With a mission to empower people with disabilities, seniors, and those with special needs, JR works passionately to improve their quality of life, access to services, and financial support. Courtney Curatolo, Ph.D.
Courtney Curatolo, Ph.D. has educational degrees include a B.A. in Political Science from American University, M.A. in Public Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University, and a Ph.D. in Education Research and Methodology with a focus on Adult and Community Educational Leadership from Florida Atlantic University. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Collier Class of 2007 and Leadership Florida Class of XXVII. She co-founded Leadership Hendry and Glades Counties and facilitated the first three classes of the program. Curatolo’s background includes experience in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors working on government and community affairs, issue and candidate campaigns, economic development and leadership training. She is a published author on the topics of leadership development programs, civic engagement, and developing and maintaining public private partnerships.
She has lived in Naples, Florida most of her life, but moved to Bemus Point, New York in 2019 to become the Director of the Small Business Development Center at Jamestown Community College. She is also an adjunct faculty member at Lynn University in Boca, Raton, Florida.
