Jay Caputo is a Certified Master Coach with more than 20 years of experience in professional and leadership training and coaching. He has worked with hundreds of individuals, organizations and corporations designing and delivering a variety of training and coaching initiatives focused on developing personal and professional leadership skills and competencies. Jay is the creator of the 4D Transformative Coaching Certification Program™, which is internationally accredited by the Certified Coaches Alliance (CCA).

Prior to his independent consulting career, Jay was a leadership facilitator for the National Student Leadership Conference and trainer for SkillPath, one of the world’s leading learning and development firms for professionals and corporations.

His clients have included many Fortune 500 companies including American Express, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman and Xerox Corporation, as well as non-profit and governmental agencies such as the New York City Housing Authority, Florida Metropolitan University and the U.S. Department of Interior.

Jay received his Master of Science degree in Conflict Analysis & Resolution from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Florida Atlantic University. Jay has completed extensive training in multiple disciplines including philosophy, psychology and sociology, among other social sciences. He serves on the Board of Directors for Education Rocks, an international nonprofit committed to ending global poverty through education and leadership.

Ralph Campbell is a Certified Master Coach with more than 25 years in leadership and performance-based consulting, as well as diversity awareness training and youth mentoring. He helped found and lead three different successful leadership and performance training companies.

Ralph is passionate in his belief that all individuals have the capacity to be leaders in both their careers and personal lives – and he has dedicated himself to extensive research and training in the field of performance enhancement and building high-impact teams.

He has spent two decades serving as the Chair or Member of Board of Directors for multiple community organizations including the United Way of Broward County, Nova Southeastern University, Broward Partnership for the Homeless, Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County, Leadership Broward Foundation, Women in Distress, the National Conference for Community and Justice and ChildNet. He has been recognized as one of the “Most Powerful African Americans” in South Florida.

His clients have included Florida State University, Neiman Marcus, Florida Power & Light, Children's Services Council and the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship.

Ralph is a graduate of the Dartmouth Tuck School of Business Leadership Program, “Building a High-Performance Business,” and a graduate of Leadership Broward XXII and Leadership Florida XXVII. ,” He received his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Morehouse College.

Elizabeth (Ely) Caputo is the Co-founder and CEO of 4D Associates International, a CCA Certified Master Coach, Certified Radical Honesty Trainer and Coach and Certified Experiential Learning Facilitator. She has 14 years of experience as a Transformative Leadership Trainer throughout Latin America, the United States and Europe. Ely holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Panama (her home country) where she also served as the Administrative Assistant to the University President. After moving to the United States, she became a US citizen and was the Director of Finance and Management for the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce.

Ely has extensive experience working with a broad range of professionals from within both the public and private sectors, particularly with small business entrepreneurs. Ely is an active member of her community serving on the School Accountability Committee and the PTA for Plumosa School of the Arts in Delray Beach, FL where she lives with her husband and daughter.

Susan, who has her undergraduate degree in Education, spent the early years of her career working with non-for-profit organizations and public schools. Shortly after beginning work on her MBA, Susan was hired by AT&T to support their product training organization. She later moved into the AT&T School of Business as a Senior Training Consultant.

Over the last 20 years, Susan has worked with clients from across a wide range of industries including transportation (United Airlines, Amtrak, Chrysler, Textron Aviation), food and beverage service (McDonald’s, US Foods, Reyes Holdings), technology (Tellabs, Cabot Microelectronics), medical and pharmaceutical (Medline, Abbot Labs) and hospitality (Hyatt Regency).
